We ship to the United States from Las Vegas, Nevada. Our bicycles may require special shipping arrangements to comply with weight limitations, shipping batteries, etc. and will usually come in a brown box with the "Kayman Bikes" logo. These bikes are carefully packaged to prevent any damage during shipping and the total price is displayed on the website during checkout.

We do not sell your name or information to any third-party marketing company. We store cookies only for the purpose of keeping a functioning checkout and search experience, and not for tracking related marketing purposes.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Please see Warranty Information to see if your product replacement will be covered. We sell every individual part that may be needed for any repairs as well.
Note that most products include a one-year comprehensive warranty. This information will be listed on each of our bikes in the shop.
You should consider having repair and part replacements done at an authorized repair shop to guarantee an experienced technician is working on your bike and to avoid voiding your warranty in some circumstances.
